*The loan terms that serve as the basis to move forward with a mortgage transaction are considered to be your Truequote. The loan terms covered by the Truequote guarantee include loan type, interest rate, payment, closing costs, payment, impound election, disbursements, and cash in hand. Your Truequote is based upon information found on the initial application, analysis of credit and documentation you have provided. Changes in loan terms as a result of documentation/information received/learned after the appraisal date do not constitute a breach of the Truequote.
**If a better rate and cost combination is believed to exist, the applicant must provide the competitors Good Faith Estimate and have a complete application with documentation with Pro City Mortgage prior to Appraisal. The loan program must be the same program quoted by Pro City Mortgage. The Good Faith Estimate must have the lenders name and be dated the same day that your True quote was provided. Pro City Mortgage will have the option to beat said competitors quote. In order to receive the $250, applicant must provide a copy of the signed note and final HUD Settlement Statement.
