Hi, my name is Mike and I was in a very bad situation with my first time house purchase. I thought that my previous company had taken care of everything, but, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Customer service is a huge thing for me and that was the first thing I noticed was a huge strength for Pro City. We went in there and I was impressed with the office and the staff.

Alex from Pro City was definitely there to help me take care of everything. From the first I called up Alex to signing the papers and getting everything taken care of, they were there for me 100%. I would definitely recommend them to anybody else for doing any type of refinance in the future.

The best part about the whole thing was the customer service. Alex was really easy to work with. He’s a really friendly down to earth guy. He handled everything professionally. Just took care of everything… really knew his stuff and you could definitely tell. The nicest thing to… I actually left him a couple of messages after the whole transaction was done and he still got back to me right-a-way. Still remembers me too. Just spoke with him yesterday and he remembers the whole situation, so that’s a really nice customer service touch on that… definitely.
