We collect any personal information required to complete a loan application with our company. For example, we may need to collect your social security number.
Who do you share my information with?
We only share required information with companies who we do business with to qualify you for a mortgage loan, and/or complete the loan process. We may submit your information to more than one company to quality you for the best terms available for your scenario.
How do you keep my data secure?
We keep all information under physical, electronic, or procedural control that comply with or exceed governmental standards. Only authorized employees who have cleared security screening processes are allowed access to the storage facilities and electronic devices. On a regular basis, we verify that the companies we work with and share any information with also meet or exceed governmental standards.
Do you share my information with third-parties, or entities not working with your company?
No. We do not share any of your information with any company that we do not work with to complete a mortgage loan.

What information do we collect from our website?
Depending on the online form you choose to submit, we may collect your name, date of birth, social security number, contact telephone numbers, and information regarding your current home loan.
Why do you collect this information online?
If you choose to fill out an online request form from our website, we collect this information to help streamline your experience with us.
Who sees the information I submit online?
The information you submit online will be received by your Mortgage Specialist in our office. After your Mortgage Specialist has an opportunity to review the information, they will call you to discuss the information in more detail.
Is the information I submit online secure?
Yes. We use security protocols on our website that secure the transmission of the data you provide to us. You will be aware that you are on a secure section of our website by a “lock” or “gold key” icon on your web browser. Newer internet web browsers may use other symbols or methods to demonstrate our website’s security.
What if I am unsure of your website’s security?
You may call us at any time toll free at, 1-888-PRO-CITY (776-2489) to submit your information over the phone instead. Alternatively, you may also send us a simple email to: procity@procitymortgage.com with your contact information, and we will immediately call you upon receipt of the email.
What if your website does not appear to be secure, or the security has been compromised?
If you feel that our website’s security has been compromised in any way, we ask for your cooperation to call us immediately at 1-888-PRO-CITY (776-2489), or send our web services group an email at: abuse@procitymortgage.com. We will immediately investigate and resolve any issues our website has.
If I send an email to your company, is that secure?
We cannot guarantee the security of an email during the transit from your email application to our servers, since the internet is primarily unsecured. However, newer email systems do employ higher levels of security and encryption methods to help minimize potential attacks on emails during transit.
Internet Scams, Identity Theft, Phising Emails, SPAM and Junk Email
Identity Theft
A vague definition is a person or entity who obtains personal information about you to steal your identity for some purpose. Primarily, identify thieves are trying to steal money, secure credit, or access more personal information to steal assets of some type.
If you become the victim of identity theft and have submitted any personal information to Pro City Mortgage in the past (such as your social security number, date of birth, address, etc), you should notify us immediate via telephone at: 1-888-PRO-CITY (776-2489). When calling, please ask to speak to a direct manager, or the Director of Information Technology.
Phishing Emails, Email Scams, US Mail Scams
A “Phishing Email” is a fake email that looks believable. Most of these emails falsely represent a company or business. The emails contents normally direct you to a link or to call a telephone number to verity your personal information. Sometimes the emails will tell you that there is a security breech of some type, and you must login to your account to verity your information. These letters may arrive in the standard US Mail stating something very similar. Always remember to be very careful what you submit anything online. At no point should you ever follow a link or telephone number from an email or letter where you do not personally know the sender. Never call numbers from emails that you did not request. Only use telephone numbers that come from reputable sources, like your bank statements or the back of your credit card. Always report any suspicious emails and letters when possible.
Pro City Mortgage will NEVER send you a solicitation email or letter in the mail where we ask you to fill out personal information online.
