He was willing to work with us to get all our paperwork in in a timely manner. He was even willing to speak with me on his time off. Everyone in your organization was honest, up front and very courteous. No question was too small or too silly.
We get numerous phone calls from numerous mortgage brokers and your company was the one and only company that did not try to "manipulate" us into working with you.

Hey Rob,
I just wanted to thank you for your endorsement of Pro City Mortgage. I was one of the many who were stuck in an adjustable rate mortgage and about to be stuck with a large increase in my payment. I was in definite panic mode. Not knowing where to turn, I heard your commercial for ProCity Mortgage and I figured, since you do your research they must be trustworthy. I made the call, and was lucky to be connected with Tony Moran. Tony was excellent, ask for him when you call he will take care of you. Tony and the staff at Pro City worked tirelessly to get me the best rate possible for my situation. They stood behind the original quote of 6.75% and did not charge points( Arnie that is when you pay more money to buy down a rate for a loan) even when my home appraised at a lower value. I am very grateful for your endorsement and I am very pleased with the professionalism and honesty from the Pro City Mortgage staff. My family and I can now rest easy knowing we made the right choice in using Pro City Mortgage and that we received the best rate possible on the refi of our home.
